I barely slept a wink last night. My restless legs were making me insane. Even now that I'm up - but sitting at the laptop - they're twitchy. I'm so tired. I wish I could sleep decently on planes. I can't find my travel pillow either *cry* Hubby says I'm hyper because I asked him to take his CPAP machine apart so I could pack it for him. I'm not a hyper person in the morning as a rule but I feel hyper and nauseous today. I have a headache so that and the no sleep is likely contributing to the nausea.
I'll be updating as I can and I *may* decide to vlog as well... we'll see.
My journey through the Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy surgery, my challenges and all the thoughts that spill out...
About VSG
Sleeve Gastrectomy is a surgical weight loss tool in which the stomach is reduced to about 25% of its original size, by surgical removal of a large portion of the stomach, following the major curve. The open edges are then attached together (often with surgical staples, glue and possibly cauterization) to form a sleeve or tube with a banana shape. The procedure permanently reduces the size of the stomach and is performed laparoscopically and is not reversible.
